According to legend, a holy man came and gave the baby Jesus Christ gifts of gold and gems. Once upon a time, there was a shepherd girl who stood at the door of the nursery of Jesus Christ, crying. He also witnessed the birth of the holy baby. He wanted to gift a holy baby like a saint. However, he did not have a single thing of value because he was poor.

The shepherd girl then went to find a flower to give to the baby Jesus. However, he did not find a single flower. Because it was winter and all the dead flowers were covered in snow.

When the shepherd girl despaired and wept, an angel came to meet her. The angel stomped his foot into the snow. Suddenly, a rose of snow appeared that was traced by an angel.

The rose is so beautiful. It is white with pink stripes on the edges. "This Christmas rose is a gift that is more sacred than gold and gems," said the angel.

With a cheerful heart, the shepherd girl plucks a Christmas Day rose and presents it to the holy baby, Jesus Christ.

The Rabbit and the Turtle
One day a rabbit was boasting about how fast he could run. He was laughing at the turtle for being so slow.
Much to the rabbit’s surprise, the turtle challenged him to a race. The rabbit thought this was a good joke and accepted the challenge. The fox was to be the umpire of the race. As the race began, the rabbit raced way ahead of the turtle, just like everyone thought.
The rabbit got to the halfway point and could not see the turtle anywhere. He was hot and tired and decided to stop and take a short nap. All this time the turtle kept walking step by step by step. He never quit no matter how hot or tired he got. He just kept going.
However, the rabbit slept longer than he had thought and woke up. He could not see the turtle anywhere! He went at full-speed to the finish line but found the turtle there waiting for him.
